3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. Please respect the following:

  • Cancel or reschedule axt least 24 hours in advance

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service price may be charged

  • No-show: 100% of service price may be charged

  • Late arrivals may lead to shortened or canceled services

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice

By booking, you authorize BB & Cat Beauty and Wellness Studio charge your card on file for applicable fees.
